Didn’t see anyone cleaning or checking the pool chemicals for the indoor pool. Side entrances to hotels not locked allowing anyone to just walk in. Front desk or random staff had to let us in our room anytime we needed to get back in. It’s clear that Holiday Inn is not concerned with this brand name hotel.
I feel bad for them working with the situation they have at this hotel. I will say the one positive is that the staff is very friendly.
